Beijing (PingWest)- JollyPay, an online payment unit of Hangzhou based Zhejiang Jolly Information Technology, (commonly known as JollyChic) has obtained online payment license from United Arab Emirates authorities.

Founded in 2012 by Chinese entrepreneur Aaron Li, JollyChic is a Chinese e-commerce platform that has primary interest in cross-border e-commerce, the company mainly focus on Middle East Market. The Chinese online retailer offers a variety of products including clothes, electronics, homeware, furniture, beauty products, and sports equipment among other items. In May 2018, Jollychic closed a Series C funding round led by the global venture firm Sequoia Capital.
