Chinese AI powerhouse Baidu dropped hints about its upcoming AI event, Baidu World 2023, in a press release on Saturday.

The company’s co-founder and CEO, Robin Li, is slated to deliver insights about ERNIE Bot, the company’s answer to ChatGPT. The enticingly named event, Prompt The World 2023, is scheduled for Oct. 17 in Beijing, where Li will share insights into the construction of native AI applications.

Attendees can also learn about ERNIE Bot’s cases within Baidu’s ecosystem in his speech – such as applications within Baidu Map and Baidu Netdisk. Baidu plans to demonstrate its AI in visual applications at Du Gallery. Notably, guests will have the opportunity to generate AI art with ERNIE and synchronize their creations with a device made up of a prism array. Additionally, visitors can expect tutorials on composing high-quality prompts.
