Samsung company changed its development strategy to keep operations of the research and development (R&D) unit only, as the market competition is becoming more and more intense that results in a shrinking market share of Samsung, according to nbd.com on Friday. The new strategy aims to adapt to the market change and new situation of the computer industry.
The notice was posted everywhere at the company, an employee of SESC told nbd.com, adding that he and his colleagues might be informed about the compensation plan Friday. She also said that she has worked at the SESC for 9 years, and the sudden notice made her loath to leave the company.
