Alibaba’s online payment platform Alipay distributed 73.65 million dollars to 450 million users who collected five virtual “lucky cards” by Lunar New Year’s Eve. Bytedance backed Tik Tok distributed 73.65 million dollars; Short video giant Kuaishou distributed 88.37 million, and Tencent backed short-video platform Weishi distributed 73.65 million dollars.
The digital red packet war is an online advertising way of tech giants to lure users.
