Beijing (PingWest) – The 2019 Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference kicks off today in Hainan, China, with a focus on safeguarding globalization and free trade this year.
PayPal Vice President and Head of Global Government Relations, Richard Nash spoke at the forum session "How Can Cross-Border Ecommerce Overcome the New Challenges of Globalization?" and confirmed that PayPal has formed a cooperative partnership with Alibaba and UnionPay, the two biggest ecommerce and payment services in China.
